How do I get a refund?
Paid plans include a 3-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@eduzuma.app within 3 days of purchase. Full details — including the fair-use word limit — are on our Refund Policy.
My card shows "Paddle" — is that you?
Yes. Eduzuma uses Paddle as our payment partner. Charges may appear as Paddle or Paddle.net on your statement. Receipts are emailed by Paddle after checkout.
Help with a specific worksheet tool
Email hello@eduzuma.app with the tool name (e.g. Word Search, Reading Comprehension), a short description of the issue, and a screenshot if helpful. We often reply with a quick walkthrough.
School team invites not working?
Co-teachers must sign up or log in with the same email they were invited with. If someone is still on the free plan after accepting, ask them to log out, log back in, and refresh My Account. Still stuck? Email schools@eduzuma.app.
